My take on therapy
Most people seek therapy after an emergency or when things feel out of control. What if I told you that you can benefit from therapy before you get to the worst case scenario? I believe therapy is for everyone, myself included. Whether you are seeking guidance after experiencing trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, or even just wanting to know more about yourself, there is always a space for you in counseling.
